Refund policy

Law DL 22/05/99 n.185 provides for the right of withdrawal within 14 days without penalty and without any reason.

The customer must send within14 days from receipt of the purchased productsan email to: info@knitshopitaly.it or send a registered letter with return receipt,specifying the products not accepted.

The products must be returned intact and complete to:

The return of the product is the responsibility of the customer, who can send it via post and/or courier.

Within 2-5 business days of the return date, the company will refund the amount paid excluding shipping costs.
